If there was only one restaurant you could eat at in Las Vegas, it should be Le Cirque. Its heritage traces back to its flagship location in Manhattan. Opened in 1976, Le Cirque has become the gold standard of French cuisine this side of the Atlantic. Walk passed Hyde Nightclub, and enter into what could possibly be the best restaurant in the world. A selection of menus is available and while it’s not cheap, it’s definitely worth it. Dishes include lobster & avocado salad; gold crusted quail with foie gras, and braised veal cheeks. Furthermore, the wine list is unparalleled and as you’d expect, the desserts are delectable. If you only live once, treat yourself to Le Cirque.
