Estiatorio Milos Greek Restaurant @ The Cosmopolitan

Estiatorio Milos demonstrates that Greek food is more than just a gyro cart. Overlooking the strip, Estiatorio Milos has been labeled one of the finest Greek restaurants in North America. Its signature dish is crispy paper-thin zucchini and eggplant with a tzatziki sauce and graviera cheese. It’s called the Milos Special. Other specialties include grilled octupus cooked with sea fennel. Their special fish, Loup de Mer, is sprinkled with sea salt harvested from Kythira island. For a taste of the Mediterranean Sea, come to Estiatorio Milos.

When he’s not writing, he can be found at the nearest pool bar, staying cool and perfecting his signature cocktail, the Midnight, with the mixologists of Sin City. He’s been known to disappear for days, only to return with a must-eat culinary gem, and while he believes nobody’s perfect, he’s pretty sure we can get damn close with the right pair of sunglasses.
