Border Grill @ Mandalay Bay

If you love tamales, and carne asada, than head over to Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. Start with Mexican grilled corn, and plantain empanadas. Fresh ceviche is a menu highlight, as well as the hand-pressed corn tortillas from the taco cart, filled with al pastor, or pan-seared seasonal fresh fish. Our favorite main is the Yucatan Pork, roasted in banana leaves. All in all, Border Grill serves an abundance Mexican flavors served in a gorgeous environment. Don’t forget the margaritas.
